KEN POLK
Ken Polk is the Founder and CEO of Arlington, one of its industry’s most uniquely built family offices, with over $10B in assets under stewardship. Arlington’s unique approach centers on creating value beyond money and purpose beyond generations. He authored The Spirit of Wealth Preservation, revealing the 3 Laws of Preservation and providing insight into the Arlington story path that led to its transformational stewardship ownership model. Ken Polk entered the wealth management industry by way of Lipscomb University and Deloitte. At the age of twenty-five, Ken founded Arlington and today remains focused on an objective to help others build a better family, a better business, and, ultimately, a better society. Ken lives in Birmingham, Alabama, with his wife, Ashley. They have four children.

JESS CORRELL
Jess Correll is founder and chairman of the board for First Southern Bancorp, Inc. He is an entrepreneur at heart and a creative, visionary leader. He has a passion for giving, which led to the establishment of The River Foundation, a private foundation that gives to Christ-centered organizations, both locally and throughout the world. Jess serves as President and Chairman of the Board for this Foundation. Jess is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of UTG, an insurance company headquartered in Stanford, Kentucky. He is on the boards of Friends of the Good Samaritans, National Christian Foundation, and the Center College Board of Trustees. Jess is also a deacon at Grace Presbyterian Church. He is co-owner of the Bluebird, a farm-to-table restaurant in Stanford, and along with his wife, Angela, has won several awards for historic preservation efforts in the historic town of Stanford.

Norwood is the CEO of Wesleyan Investment Foundation (WIF), an organization that partners with churches and mission-driven organizations to deliver disciplined financial solutions that support stability, scale, and sustainable impact. He is an executive leader focused on organizational performance, strategic growth, and long-term value creation. Norwood brings a results-driven, relationally fueled mindset grounded in collaboration and clear execution, navigating complex environments, aligning leadership teams around shared priorities, leading change, and building resilient organizations positioned for the future. He is committed to leadership that is thoughtful, principled, and empowers others to build long-term success.
